Shipping Policy
We ship all items in well packaged boxes with sustainable and recyclable packing materials. We ship 6 days a week and try to have your order out within 2-3 business days. When orders get backlogged, we will reach out and let you know of any delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Not happy with what you ordered or would like something else? Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issues.

All dry goods returned within 90 days of date of purchase are eligible for a full refund! Items must be in good condition and returned without damage. If items are damaged/ used in your aquarium, a refund value of 50% of the items original price will be issued to buyer.
Product arrived broken/damaged? Please send a message through the contact section of the website and I can work with you to resolve any issues and to organize a return! We strive for customer satisfaction, so any items that arrive broken will be replaced for free! Just send us a message and picture to Sales@chrissaquaticdesign.com
